How do I get an account?

You can create a new company from the signup flow when self-serve is enabled, or join an existing team with an invitation link from your administrator.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are handled through Stripe (checkout and receipts). What you see on Pricing is the public plan catalog—your invoice and renewal dates are in the Stripe customer portal linked from billing settings after you subscribe.
